Arrrrggg Toilet Issues

All of a sudden my toilet (2019 Wolf Pup) would not shut the water flow into the toilet off. Everything worked fine the first part of the trip then this!! The bowl just fills up (rushes in) and we had to use the foot lever to keep it from overflowing. Thankfully we caught it before any damage could be done. Turned the water off at the camp site source and resorted to the ole gallon of water container in the bathroom. Any suggestions where to start looking for the issue? I changed out the foot valve assembly last year because of a small drip leak. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like the water inlet valve is leaking.
Some models are prone to that.
