Bad smell

I have a 2019 Silverback 5th wheel. I get a sewer smell out of my side by side fridge fresh water disp inside the fridge? The ice maker is fine... ideas

There is a drain near the coil inside the fridge for condensation that comes off the coil. Find it - it probably has food almost plugging it that stays wet and is rotting. There may be another similar drain near the freshwater dispenser. Once you find what it is, a little bleach after you clean it should kill anything down in the drain.
