Bathroom Sink Vibrating
I was in the bathroom this morning and I heard what I thought was a razor running. I looked under stink and on the hot water line there is sometype of pressure relief valve looking thing. Its vibrating. How do I get it to stop. I took it off and blowed on it both ends, shook it a few times put it back on and its still vibrating. Help.
I wish I could go on one just one camping trip that I didn't have to deal with something. It seem like every trip there is something.
Thanks in NC

Are you sure it's on the hot water line to the sink?
Is it happening only when you're running water?
Can you post a picture of it?
There is a anti-siphon device on the black tank flush line under the bathroom sink on a lot of RV's. Do you suppose it could be that?

Think I'd like a picture of this one too. Sounds unusual having anything connected to a faucet supply line. BTW are you running off the pump or city connection. I suppose it could be the check valve on the city line at low flow. Under the sink on mine is a vacuum break attached to the tank rinser and I sure wouldn't put my lips on that to blow it out
Picture worth 1000 words!
Sad to say, you have to look these things over all the time, does seem like it's always something

If it is in fact on the hot supply line, possible a reverse flow prevent valve for an outside shower or other outside HW line.

It is a flusher anti-siphon/check valve.

That's the back-flow preventer for the tank flush. They just used red pex tubing to plumb it because they had it handy.
If you don't have any water hooked to the outside fitting it shouldn't be making any sound.
That's not saying that they didn't hook it up wrong, and it is connected to the normal plumbing.

I hope that picture is rotated 90 degrees because if it's not it will leak when used. The flat portion is the top (vacuum breaker) and it should be horizontal with the floor so the input side disk can close off the input side. Not to worry about blowing through it, it is mounted about 4 feet above the black tank and there will never be any sewer water within it. Referencing the picture you posted of the item the connection on the left is the input (bottom of item) and the output to the black tank is at the bottom (90 degrees from input). Yours might even be plumbed wrong. If it's plumbed correctly and the picture is not rotated 90 degrees then the item needs to be reinstalled 90 degrees from the way it is.

Okay, back to the original question. When this happens are you connected to city water or using water from your fresh water tank? If FWT, then you may have a vibration caused by the water pump. Do a search on water pumps and you should find a number of threads on what people have done.

I have seen so many stupid mistakes made during the build of these expensive RV's, that I have to ask myself, "Are these people trained to do their jobs properly in the first place". I can't believe the quality control issues that don't seem to be getting any better. Lets not even bring up the dealer support system on average. Wish I were able to start from scratch and build my own.
