Best City Water hose?

Lots of 'big questions', this one is minor!!!

First camping trip, had a 50 foot white drinking water hose.....and the dadgum water connection was 54 feet away!!! (must be government installed)

Not real satisfied with the quality of this hose. Won't roll up well, and kinks some even though it says it won't.

I want a 75' drinking water safe HIGH quality hose. Needs to be able to roll up, not kink, and have quality construction.....

Is there a 'magic brand' that y'all use????

Thanks.

I can't remember the brand but it was the more expensive of the two at home depot. But none the less buy 3 25' hoses then just link them together for the length that way when you only need 10' your set

I'm not looking for a 75' hose, but also watching to see what others recommend. I've read a few other threads on hose selection, but haven't come to a conclusion yet.

I'm considering buying a couple (buy as many as you need to reach your max length, and also have shorter lengths when necessary).

Amazon.com: Valterra W01-7300 White 5/8" x 25' Kink Free Drinking Water Hose: Automotive

Just wondering if anyone has had problems with them not expanding to reach the 5/8" capacity, or problems with the fittings.

I prefer a couple 25' hoses, Never Kink or Camco Taste Pure. The cheaper ones have thin stamped ends that crush if you step on them. If you need 75', get 3 shorter ones. They're easier to roll up and store in the basement.

I swear by my Teknor Apex Neverkink. One, American Made, and 2, they are one of my customers on one of my jobs. I got the 25' 5/8" and will be purchasing the 50' as well.

I have 2 - 5/8" - 25' Camco hoses and just went to Wally World and picked up another one that will remain rolled in the original pkg for a spare. They are less than $10 and could come in handy. If nothing else, somebody may need one in an emergency.

I use this one.

I currently have a 25 foot and 10 foot in the camper.
Another 10 footer is on my list.

The 10 footers fit in a 1 gallon Ziploc bag.
