Black flush.
What's the meaning of this sticker?

To me it just means that your black tank dumping valve has to be open during flushing....some people forget it closed during flushing and then it fills black tank and overflows....

Full Way Termination Valve: A valve that when fully opened has a non-fouling passageway not less than the inside diameter of connected piping.
