Black tank dripping.

Hi
On day 7 of our latest camping trip we noticed some dripping (black tank) coming from where the pipes exit the belly pan where it's foamed in. The panel light showed 2/3 full. I guess I was thinking that if the tank was full it would back up toward the toilet. There was no evidence of this when flushing the toilet.
Is there some type of an overflow valve that it was leaking through or is this a likely breach in the piping?
Had a similar occurrence last year when the gray tank was full. Not backing up into the shower but a drip in the same location. I had thought this was a closed system and when the tanks were full it would be noticed ďaboveĒ the tanks.
Any guidance or suggestions without tearing apart the underside of the TT.

Thanks.

The black and grey tanks should vent through the roof of the RV. I'll bet your dripping is coming from a leaking level sensor penetration.
