Black tank dump valve

So we have struggled with our dump tank valves since buying our Forrest River MBS. The valves have always been hard to open. We have really struggled with the blank tank valve. We had them replaced in March, our rig is only 4 years old. Went camping for the first time this week and the gray tank opened with no issues. Moved like a hot knife through butter. The black tank would not budge. I am so tired of fighting with these tank valves. In the past we have been able to use ice and a lot of Dawn dish soap to help open the black tank. No luck this time. Any hints, suggestions? I am at my wits end!

I watched a YouTube video where the guy drilled a small hole just above where the valve rod comes out of the actual valve. He then filled it with lubricant and them screwed in a small screw to seal the hole. It filled the assembly with oil making it easier to open and closed. Looked pretty easy and worked so I'm going to try it when I get over to my camper.

Yep, well know problem to FR and ignored. They refuse to trim the cable to length and instead loop it to create tension or a kink. I've had my black water valve replaced 2 times with 8200 miles on my MBS. put a manual one on where the end cap goes to save a gross mess when dumping. Good luck.
