Black Tank Flusher

I have a 2014 WindJammer on a seasonal lot. My husband always took care of the black/grey tanks. He passed away last November so I'm trying to figure out this stuff.

I dumped the black/grey tanks this past weekend. It did NOT go as I expected. The initial tank dumps went well enough. Then I slowly turned on the water at the Y valve for the black tank flusher. And water POURED out under the trailer...from near the low point drains, about where I believe the sink to be and about where the shower is. Oh...and from the toilet INTO my trailer. Euwgh.

So, I mopped up the mess inside and bleached the floor. The rest of the weekend I used both sinks as normal and nothing appeared to be dripping from the underside. It's covered though so I can't actually see.

The Camping World parts guy said it sounds like a broken pipe? But, the service department hasn't returned either of my voice mails, so I need plan B. Does anyone have thoughts on how I might go about checking this to see what's going on? And fixing it.

When you use the black tank flusher, the black tank valve needs to be open for water to get out.....if it is closed it will fill black tank and ovefrlow under trailer and through toilet. Did you have valve open during flush?
