Black Tank leaking from above

Not sure if my info is filled out so will start from scratch
05 34CKTS Cedar Creek
My black tank when close to full or maybe full I,m not sure but haven't been getting the burp
Anyway the tank is leaking from up above at the opposite end of toilet so I am thinking vent ?
From my reading I understand that tank vent is installed through a grommet ?
So how does this tank come down for inspection ? from my visual one side has to go up to let the other side come down past square tubing that it sits on "
So remove toilet check
get on roof and pull up on vent pipe ? and if so how do you get the blessed thing back in
The vent pipe
