As far as I know, there is no such thing as a black tank pump, in a RV. It just empties by gravity.
The only pump they come with, is the pump for the FW tank.
The RV Industry doesn't supply a model-specific owner's manual, just a generic one with only basic RV RV systems information. There usually are specific manuals for things like the fridge, oven, a/c, converter, awning, furnace and so on. If you don't have those, get the make and model number of them and download them from the individual manufacturers websites.
