Black water valve length and outside tv and outlet won’t work

I need to replace my black water tank valve and don’t know what length to order. Does anyone know ? Would like to only take the under belly off once is why I’m asking.

Also my outside tv and outlet are not getting power , any ideas?

This is on a 2015 forest river cardinal 3800fl

I can't address the black water tank valve.

I'm not familiar with your particular trailer so this is a general explanation. The outside outlet should be on the GFI circuit. The GFI outlet is usually located in the bathroom or the galley and all the GFI outlets are controlled by the one outlet, i.e. if the ground fault on that outlet trips, you lose power to all three outlets. Pushing the reset button on the GFI outlet should restore power to all three outlets. If it trips again you need to determine what is causing it to trip.

If you have power to the bathroom and kitchen outlets, but not the outside outlet you have a problem with the wiring to that outlet, which may be difficult to trace.
