Calcification in Toiler -- FR3

I had a call from an FR3 owner who is having a problem with calcification (?) in the water coming into his toilet bowl. After several months with no problem, he has now had to replace the filter on his waterline into the toilet about every couple of weeks of camping.

The flow into the toilet is very weak. After changing the filter he has a good flow for a short time, then has to change the filter again. This happens whether he's using his fresh water tank with water from home or is using campground water.

Any thoughts on what the issue might be?

Thanks!

Some of us have discussed this topic on this forum several times in the past Bob.

Many of us feel if the owner is apt to open the low point drains between trips to drain the plumbing WITHOUT putting the water heater into bypass, the scale gets sucked into the the plumbing (when draining) where some of it remains in the plumbing to be pushed into the toilet screen and/or faucet aerators upon repressurization.
