Canít fill water tank

I am new to RVing. I just bought a 2006 Forest River Sunseeker Motorhome. I tried to fill the water tank. As I filled it, water drained from a clear plastic tube. I assume this a drain, but I cannot find a valve on it. Next to it are two other drain hoses with screw on caps. Any thoughts? I feel pretty dumb.

Welcome from New Jersey, That line is most likely the drain for the fresh water tank, Should be a cap on it ,Check your cabinets etc, if not ,You can install a shut off valve on it, .If you can post a picture of it, would helo.

If the hose the water is coming from is near the side of the motor home, look in the bay above it to see if there is a shutoff Valve for the tank drain. The 2 drain hoses with caps should be the low point drains.
