Can't get fresh water tank to fill after de-winterization

I'm in the middle of de-winterizing our 2020 Coachmen Mirada 32SS, but for some reason I can't get the fresh water tank to fill or accept any water. It feels like there's some kind of blockage, because I can't feel any water flowing through the input hose.

Am I missing anything obvious? Is there a valve somewhere that needs to be opened up? FYI, I'm able to connect the hose to the city water connection and run water through faucets, etc.

There should be a vent on the top of the tank, maybe it is blocked? If air cannot escape, water cannot displace it.

Agreed

The procedure to fill the fresh tank (and the reasons it may not) are completely different on models that fill from the city connection (by turning valves) -vs- those with a gravity fill.

Without knowing what YOU have we are just guessing.
Not every R/V is the same.
