I have a C403L toilet with electric flush. Problem is that the impeller sticks after a period of none use and causes the 3 amp fuse to blow. I have to remove the pump and use a pick to rotate the impeller freeing it up and then replace the fuse. Is there a permanent fix for this? Some sort of additive to the flush water? Adjustment to the impeller? I'm all ears. thanks
