Dometic toilet

HI,
we have a 2020 Rockwood ultra lite 2608BS and every time we flush the toilet water sprays all over the floor, even with the lid down! Is there a way to reduce the water pressure at the toilet?

Is it spraying out of the bowl from under the lid?
Are you using a pressure regulator on the inlet to the RV? If so what is it set to?

Can you tell us the make and model of the toilet?

If you're not using a regulator in the inlet to the RV, you should be and it should be set to ~50psig.

are you using a water pressure regulator on your hose coming into the camper or is this from tank pressure?

No from the tank and the water pump!

I'd put a pressure gauge on the system somewhere and run the pump to see what pressure it shuts off at. The majority of the pumps have an adjustment on the switch that you adjust the pressure a bit.

Check the small opening in the top of the toilet where the water is entering the bowl. It is possible there is an obstruction there that is causing a restriction and a spray verses a stream of water into the bowl.

If all else fails, find a stainless steel washer that will fit in the water connection and act as a flow restrictor.

Have you checked the flush valve and its connections at the back of the toilet? These are prone to cracks when excessive force is used to flush them.
