DOMETIC toilet question

My first post (Mike).

We (Annette and Mike) have a 2020 Sandpiper. The dometic toilet bowl has slow leak. We removed the flush ball seal and cleaned it, also made sure the pivots were snapped in. But when reinstalled the rubber seal looks off center. It appears that the toilet base and the toilet bowl are not centered. Can these be adjusted? Can they be knocked out of alignment?

Do you know which model toilet you have? Is it all all plastic? If so, it's a model 300. I'd call Dometic and see what they'll do for you.

It's a Model 310.

I'd definitely take some pictures and call Dometic and let them handle it.
