The pex fitting did not get tightnened enough at the factory. Have to hold the pex fitting with pliers to remove the cap on one of the lines as the fitting turns in the tubing. If I ever find someone with a pex tool handy, will arrempt to tighten it or replace it. Just be careful not to crush the pex fitting if this is the case. Or if it gets to be a leaky issue will replace with shark bite fitting.
