Easier Way to replace onboard water filter

Water filter housings can be hard to open until you relieve the pressure. Also lube filter threads and o-ring with food grade grease and don't over tighten.

Very true, any bit of pressure makes them very hard to loosen. Must be the big surface area across top of canister. Gotta be at least 12 square inches, so even at 10 psi, that's 120 lbs of force pushing down on that canister, no?
