Erratic Flame
Has anyone ever seen this or have any ideas what would cause it? It's the water heater in my 2017 Avenger. I don't know the make or model of the heater, but I could get it. We always have hot water, there's no issues with that. Thanks!

Spiders and other bugs love to get in these burner flues and cause stuff like this.

They make a special brush to clean out the flues, and you can sometimes just blow air thru them (if you have something available) to clean it up.

FYI: It appears you have an Atwood/Dometic brand water heater from your youtube video.

Try blasting compressed air thru the system. Or "keyboard duster" but be sure the flame is out before using that stuff as some seems to be flammable.
