Filling Fresh Water Tank

Filling my fresh water tank on my 384qbok Sandpiper for the first time. The tank does not seem to be filling up. The panel indicator is not moving. Using a external pump to pump water from a clean river water source. Other than setting the values as shown in the picture, is there some other value that needs to be checked? Any other reason why it is not filling up due to some other setting in the RV? Water is coming out of the hose if disconnected from the RV. Can low water pressure cause any issue? Current valve setting shown in the picture. Appreciate any suggestions.

welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. It looks like you have the valves in the correct position. It may take a long time for the tank to fill and show a reading if your pump is not a high volume pump.

Clean river water source, where are you and what river?
If you filled the tank before I would think it’s a low pressure issue.

Maybe try using the sanitize position and run your water pump?

I sometimes pump from a external tank with a external pump and use the same valve settings you are showing to fill the tank and use the city water settings to pump directly in the camper.
