Flagstaff sink faucet won't turn off...

Hey all, I did a quick search and didn't find anything on it, but my new (to me) Flagstaff popup has a faucet that just won't quit! With city water connected, the faucet automatically runs. If I open the faucet, it will flow slightly more, but I'm not sure where to go. The sink, water heater and fridge have never been used in this 2013 camper, so I assume some Orings may have dried up in the stem?? Thank you very much in advance for helping a newbie.

The way I see it, one of two choices both involve removing the faucet. First option replace the faucet but this will require some adapting the faucet connection to the campers plumbing. Second choice is to remove the faucet then disassembly it and replace the internals as I would agree with your assessment they are dry rotted, given you can find replacement O rings and such.
