Flagstaff Water pump won't pressurize system

I have a 2020 Flagstaff. We when are camping and using the fresh water tank the pump has no problem keeping up until we get to about 2/3 full. Once we hit that point we start getting air in the lines and we have to release air from the various faucets to get the pump to shut off. We have noticed that when the pump finally shuts off we can hear what sounds to be a sucking noise coming form the Watermiser system the the shower. I am wondering if that is typical for the Watermiser or if it is causing my pump problem.

Thoughts?

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. Start by verifying that all valves are in the correct position for the pump (not part open to antifreeze) If you can isolate the watermiser do that and see what happens. Make sure the shut off valves in the shower are closed tight. Let the forum know what you find.

Flagstaff water pump won't pressurize system

I believe I have Isolated the problem. The pump is having trouble pulling from the fresh tank. I disconnected the line in to the pump and replaced it with a line going directly to a 2-1/2 gallon jug of water. Everything behaves as it should. There must be a bad connection at the tank, or a split in the line somewhere, although I have never seen and dripping under the camper. There appears to be a removable panel under the tank which I how will allow access. Is anybody aware of any check valves, etc. that I might run into?
