Fresh water drain?

New to RVing? There are two hoses under our 2017 23DBH Grey Wolf. One has a cap which we were told is the fresh water drain. What is the other one?

If it's open ended and close to the fresh water drain, it's most likely the fresh water tank vent/overflow.

When draining my FW tankk, I never use the drain. Biggest reason is the pipe is so small (in diameter) it takes a loooong time to drain it. I pump mine out with the water pump, takes a lot less time and no fiddling with valves or getting under the rig.

Is one line red and one blue? If they are the low point drains and not the tank drain.
