Fresh Water Drain

Hey Everyone, happy camping season.

I have a 2019 Mini Lite, my wife and I have only "Glamped" (full hook ups) however, If I open the fresh water drain it's always got water in it.

So the question is, where is this water coming from, we have never used our fresh water tank as it's always hooked to the hose, is the water coming from the hose going into the fresh water tank and filling it, using the force of the water flow instead of the water pump, or something else ?

Most likely it has leaked past the check valve in the water pump.

Even though you aren't using it it's possible for some seepage to make it past the check valve. Many have a lot more water pass through and it causes the water tank to overflow. That usually happens after they run the water pump while hooked to city water and the valve then needs to be reset.
