Fresh Water Drain Plug

I have a 2002, 35 foot Reflection. I am having a problem finding the valve to drain the fresh water tank, any help here?

Looking at the back of your unit, right side, behind the back axle, 18=24 inches in from the wall.

This is where I would start.
