Fresh water drain tube

We have a 33IK Silverback. The blue fresh water drain tube that screws into the underbelly keeps falling out. We paid a big amount to have a Cedar Creek authorized dealer fix the problem, but it still falls out. It seems to do it more after we drain the FW. We are very careful when we open and close it, but it still falls out frequently. Anyone else have this problem and what should we do?
