Fresh water fill.

Hello.
First timer here again... when I put the hose into the tank it just kicks water back out. the tank is not full , it’s reading about 3/4 full ..
what am I doing wrong? Anyone know if/how I can attach a photo to these discussion? Thanks

Open the Welcome PM you received when you registered. It has much valuable information. Click on the link to Forums 101 and follow the instructions in post #7.

Hi Dan,

I can't find the PM with that information, perhaps you can help me get there?

Thank you.

Look at post #7 in this forum post as to how to post pictures.

As to the fresh water tank, are you certain it's not full? Those indicator lights are not reliable.

Many times some fill ports will spit back water when trying to fill too fast, try turning down the flow and see if that helps.

On a 1 to 10 scale, those level indicators are a good two.

Try draining the tank and see what happens. Measure your hose flow rate and refill.

Our black tank is mostly full. Says so most of the time. While the DW and I may be full of it, we cannot fill the black tank in 7 days.

We now know pretty much our rv is good for 7 days except for electricity.
