Fresh Water Holding Tank questions

We're newbies to trailering and have a question about the fresh water tank. We probably will never do any dry camping. So, my question is this, Is there anything I need to do to maintain the tank? I guess I'm concerned about both the safety of the water as well as the health of the tank. We've learned so much and gotten such good advice from this forum. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

As long as you'll always use your "City Water" connection there is no need to concern yourself with your fresh water tank. Personally, I would still familiarize myself with the fresh water tank sanitation and operation as it is an integral part of your camper. Its possible, if not likely, that someday you'll need it.
