Fresh Water Tank is Overflowing

First timers out with our new Rockwood 2889WS. After 4 days of camping, hooked up to water hook ups and valves set to city water, everything has been great. However panel indicator says fresh water tank is full and it started overflowing last night. What is the cause, how do I correct this and did I do something wrong?

Very common issue, usually a stuck water pump check valve.
There are hundreds of threads on this that a simple search will help you find them.

That’s absolutely what Is happening. You can insert a new check valve outside of the water pump but much easier to just replace with a new water pump. Easy to do and less than $100.
