Fresh water tank mod

Was a little disappointed that despite filling the fresh water tank to overflowing, the indicator never indicated full. During our second trip out in the new Wolf Pup, ran out of water on our second night during my shower . Thought something was a little strange when well after it was filled and parked, water was still running out of the overflow despite being level.


Got a good look underneath, and the overflow is not well situated, it was below the upper sensor and the tank was not full. Turned the elbow fitting, got some tubing, and ran the tubing up and over the filler inlet. Zip tied it in place, and added a screen over the end to keep bugs out. Now I can actually get the tank full!

This is a common issue with WolfPup trailers where the overflow/vent hose has not been installed at the factory. At least you found the issue yourself and installed it. It was the first of many issues we looked for when we purchased ours.
