Fresh Water Tank Overfill

About a week ago we posted a question regarding a severe bow in the middle of the floor on our Silverback 5th Wheel. It seemed the main support was higher, by a few inches than both outside walls and there was a ridge running the full length, down the middle of the floor.
Upon further investigation we found that the leaver from gravity to city water was not in the correct position. On our last outing we were hooked up to city water and the tank continued to fill. The overflow didn't allow the extra water to flow out...so we had a ballooning water tank, displacing the center support of the trailer. Once the water was released the bow was gone and everything was back in place.
Thank you to LaShawnda in Customer Service for her prompt response to our initial posting crs212761

After several camping friends having issues, and multiple forum stories of the city water line inadvertently filling the tank....Our tank drain is always left open when hooked to a water system....
