Fresh Water will not fill

My freshwater tank will not fill. I have a Leprechaun 311fs.

Worse when I try to fill it is flooding the floor. The floor is getting soft in that area. Softer when wet but is not as bad when dry. I bought the thing used so the previous owner must have had the same problem.

The water inlet has a blue knob. You are supposed to turn it to fill the freshwater tank. It only floods the floor when turned to fill the tank.

The freshwater tank is under the bed. Also, under the bed going to the tank there is a shut off valve. This valve is open. Water never goes into the tank.

Sounds to me like the fill hose has come off the freshwater tank, or there is a hole in it.

That is definitely not good. You've definitely got a problem and it's probably not an easy fix. As NavyLCDR said, it sounds like a hose has come off or split. You need to not try to fill the fresh water tank and get someone like a dealer or mobile mechanic to look at it.
