freshwater tank probes malfunctioning?

My first fill up of my new to me 2013 28 ft Wolf Pack with 100 gallon water tank, after 2 weeks of using moderate amounts of water the tank is still reading full. I crawled under the rig and can clearly see it's now at half full. Is this a problem with the sensor probes? I can see them on the outside of the tank. They look clean and simple enough. Anyone deal with this before and know a simple fix?

Are they all tight? After less than 1 season with our camper almost all of the probe connectors had loosened up on all of the tanks and gave weird readings. I tightened all of then and put some locktite on and they all work.
