Fullway Termination Valve - What's that??

I need some help - I recently purchased a Rockwood Ultra Lite 2906RS and I noticed a caution sticker above my black tank flush inlet stating not to use the flush valve unless the "fullway termination valve" is in the open position. I have no idea what this is and where it's at. I traced the line as far as I could see and didn't see any valving.

Does anyone know anything about this? I assumed one would hook the dump station flush hose to the black tank flush inlet and let 'er buck. Any help would be greatly appreciated - I'm a newbie to all this. Thank you.

Its your dump valve. The engineers get extra money by thinking up fancy names.

Speaking of dump tanks. Have a forester 2401w. I had to remove the handles on the black and gray valve release bc the compartment door wood not close. Get the feeling maybe cables (or however it is constructed) are stretched??

I had the same problem with that on our 2401 W. I took the cables off and shortened them. Now the valves open fully and the door closes correctly. Easy fix. Also put the key on a hook inside the cabinet above where it's always handy.

Brilliant. Thank you. Now hoping for easy access to the cables.

Yes... many threads on how the cables stretch or are routed improperly where the cable/handle is hard or impossible to move.
