FW tank fill hose needs replaced

I have a cherokee grey wolf 25rr. The fill hose for the fresh water tank is split about half way between the fill spout and the tank, where it runs along the frame, inside the belly pan for the grey water tank. Does anyone know how I can access where the fill hose attaches to the fresh water tank? So I can replace the hose? If i cant figure that out, I think I can splice the hose together with a piece of 1 1/4 " pvc pipe and a couple hose clamps, but would prefer to replace the whole hose. My guess is the hose is lower where it split than where it goes into the FW tank, maybe still had water in it this past winter.

Remove coroplast liner, drop the freshwater tank, and you should be able to figure it all out. If not, hate to do it but recommend an RV repair person to do it or help you.

Maybe I could cut an acess hole in the coroplast? The screws holding the coroplast and the support straps come down from the top like when they built it, they put those in first, then the tank, then the floor. If I knew the location of where the hose attaches to the tank, I could cut out enough to replace the hose then glue the coroplast back up.

IF the "coroplast" is that black plastic corrugated stuff they use to cover the belly.... I needed to access my fresh tank and I cut a 12" door in the belly cover.
I only cut it on 3 sides!
Leave the un-cut side facing the front of the rig. I got in there and took care of what
I needed and used aluminum duct tape to tape the 3 sides back in place.
It's still holding after 2 years and we've driven to Main and California and FL. Many times in heavy rain.

Just a thought.
Good luck!
Please post a follow up after you tackle this one!

Thanks Kydan
Making a door is what I’ll do too.
Does anyone know the location of where the hose attaches to the tank? there is a hole in the crossmember near where the hose passes above that crossmember. The hole is filled with foam, I figured I would dig the foam out to maybe see what’s inside there befor I go cutting on the coroplast

Maybe get one of those small inspection cameras and take a careful look up in there. I would think the fill fitting would be on the top of the tank. But a look with that little camera is my first step anytime I'm not sure.

Quite sure you will have to pull the tank as the fill hose most likely connects to the top. If you have a monitor panel there will also be wires on one side to cut and splice back together. It’s not a difficult job to do.

I took the easy way out so we can go camping . I was able to pull the hose out enough to repair it. I got a piece of clear rubber hose from Home Depot, it fit pretty snug inside the now 2ends of the fill hose, I had to spit on both ends to get it all together. Then I tightened a couple hose clamps on it. No leaks, yay!
Hopefully the pics I uploaded will show up.

Good job. That will probably last as long as you own that camper.
