Galley tank?

What is the “Galley Tank” mentioned on the panel?

This may or may not be true. They use standard generic plates that have the word galley on them. Depending on how many tanks you have they may also use the word gray to describe a tank.

On ours the gray tank is the kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and shower and the galley tank is actually the washer drain.

When you have time hook a clear plastic sewer elbow to the drain. Close all tank valves except one. Then run water down each drain to see what drains go to the tank valve you have open. Repeat on all tank drain valves until you know which drain goes to which tank.
