GEOPRO water problem

Hello,
I have a plumbing question about our ROCKWOOD GEO-PRO 20FBS.
It is in our driveway connecter to 120v and a water supply.
Everything was working fine. Our grandkids were visiting and used it to shower. I noticed water coming out the winterizing connector in the rear.
I closet the valve at the water pump under the bath sink, that stopped the water coming out the connector. The fresh water tank now fills. I checked the water saver valve in the shower and it is set properly, pointing down. I tried moving it to other positions and it seems to work correctly.
Andy thoughts of what might be wrong?
Thanks,
Harry

Fresh water tank filling while connected to city water usually is caused by a valve failure.
You can try a procedure that works for many.
Turn off the city water, turn on the onboard pump, open and close the faucets several times, turn off the water pump, turn on city water. You might have to do this more than once.
In the future, never turn the water pump on when you're connected to city water.

Let us know how that works.
