Georgetown GT-7 36D7 shower drain

Shower not draining intermittently, when not draining if turbo vent under sink in bathroom is removed You can feel air flow and water drains. Does not matter the level in the gray tank. I spoke with the manufacturer of Turbo vent, they didn’t think the turbo vent was the problem but sent one anyway. I replaced the turbo vent under the sink closest to the shower however this did not fix the problem.
I’m new to RV’ing, any help is appreciated.
