Gray water all going in tank two none in tank one

I have 2016 272bhs forest river vibe. Have a gray water 1 and gray water 2 but none in one all water goes in tank two

Do you have the outdoor kitchen sink? Some recent postings where the 2nd tank was plumbed only to the outdoor sink. Or maybe your two tanks are plumbed together?
