I have a 2016 forest river vibe 272bhs. The gray tank 2 is not reading as it fills up. I took it in for warranty and they repaired this by saying a wire had come loose. They left the tank full so I could see it working when I picked up the trailer. I have used the camper a couple of more times since then and have found out that its not reading again. I pulled the control panel to check to see if that is where the connection they mentioned was and found all crimps nice and tight. It did not appear that this is where the problem was the first time. Is there any other connection point that might be the problem and where would it be located? I assume there is a connection at the tank but would like a better idea before I pull the cover down to check the tank. Its still in warranty but the dealer is about 4 hours away.

Usually the connections come loos at the tank. There should be 3 level sensors and a ground ( common). If none of the sensors are reading, the ground is most likely loose. Should be near the bottom of the tank side.
