Ray, I HAVE a removable handle. As I wrote, I have placed it over the ball hitch on the SUV and over the pintle hook on the golf cart. But first I have to move the tote 30 feet or so to get it to the road. I cannot get the car or cart any closer.

Mine is a 25 gallon tote. Completely full, it weighs 208 lbs plus the tare, maybe 10-15 lbs. Since the wheels are at the extreme end, when I begin to the other end, I'm lifting half that weight.
