Help finding fresh water supply hose

I need to replace the hose that runs from the fresh water tank to the water pump in my 2010 Shamrock 233s. What i took off is a accuflex 1/2" IAPMO t-2008 cold water pressure 150PSI. I called my local mom and pop dealer and the wanted to sell me a clear line that was not rated for up to 150 psi. They told me i dont need a high pressure line for that and it will never burst. So i am confused on what i need. Should i just order the high pressure hose on line or believe what i was told from my local dealer

Also once i get the new hose/line will worm drive/hose clamps be strong enough to replace the fittings ?

That section of hose is not exposed to pressure normally as it is on the suction side of the pump. So what is proposed should be fine.

I agree with fonzie...

If you think about it, you will never see any pressure on that line... it only feeds water from the fresh water tank with zero pressure on it to the water pump which then pressurizes water to maybe 40-50# on the other side of the pump

any hose that will fit the hose fittings will work and any hose clamp will work... go to the local hardware store, show them the old hose and buy the cheap stuff but buy the best hose clamps they offer...
