Holding tank heaters?

Just returned from a winter camping trip and was able to dump all tanks except black water. Temperatures are going to be below freezing over the next three days and was wondering can I still use tank heater for black water only if all others are empty?

According to my FR owner's manual, you need liquid in the tanks with the heaters. How about throwing some RV antifreeze in the black tank instead?

Yes, antifreeze (the RV kind).

Yes, I did put some RV antifreeze in Black tank when winterizing the unit. Had some in grey water too. Fresh water tank was my main concern being that it was completely empty and I believe that also has heating pads as well.
