Hot Water Heater.

Howdy,

The ole 2003 hot water heater seems to be giving us shorter showers so I'm in the process of changing out the heater element. It's lasted well!
I opened the outside access door and found it very easy to replace the anode but cannot tell where the heating element is and do not want to mess anything up - I've had enough practice doing that over the years
I made an inquirery to this sites "ask a pro" type link for advice. If I get a satisfactory answer I will pass along what I think about the service and will gladly pay the tech $15 if he can assist me in replacing the heating element.

Happy camping to all,
Traveling Dan

Heating element and reading glasses.

Howdy all,

Seems locating a heating element is much easier when you admit defeat to old age and wear your reading glasses while on the hunt for the heating element access cover. It was under a black plastic cover with 3 screws.
I would still recommend "JUSTASK" and talking to a tech when your stumped especially when comparing the $15 to having an RV Repair Service Tech visit your site for big $$$! Imagine how many pairs of reading glasses I can buy with all the money I saved.

Happy camping,
Traveling Dan
