Hot Water Tank Leak

2016 Wildcat 28SGX

Found a small leak at my water heater water inlet. Never realized it until I noticed the underbelly sagging some. Made a small hole and water streamed out.
After fixing the leak do I need to pull the underbelly down ? Is there some type of insulation that could have gotten wet? This was a really slow leak. I think the hose clamp was not clamped good from the factory. Thanks

You could cut a U shaped flap in the coroplast with the rounded part facing forward and inspect to see if it is wet under there after inspection close the flap using foil tape.
