how cold?

How cold can it get before you would start having problems with the pipes freezing up? Tempatures will be high 40s during the day and low 27 at night. We would like to get one more weekend in before we put the camper away.

you should be ok.
I think (may be wrong) but it has to stay below freezing for it to have an effect so a couple of days abofe 32 degrees and with the heater on and open your cupboard doors for circulation you may get that last weekend in.
Ours is parked and we've switched to the sauna in the garage and the hot tub outside.
