I proactively supported my water tank this way on my 25BRDS, one strut on either side of the tank drain. Took less than 1/2 and hour. It ain't going nowhere now.

Added Tank Supports

We bought two 14 gauge “superstruts” from Home Depot and four U bolts. The struts go across the trailer and are attached to the frame with the U bolts. Two bottle jacks helped us get the struts in position.

I have a forest river 178BHSKX
Just so you realize since it is a brand new trailer and you are still under warranty any modifications like drilling/welding onto your frame most likely will void your frame warranty, and if you do weld on it then later on if you have electrical issues FR could try to void the warranty for those too saying your welding was the reason for the problem.

Superstrut Tank Supports

We did the superstrut tank supports in post #22 without drilling or welding on the frame. Our Mini is a 2017 2104s so no concerns about the warranty for us.

For those who have used the super struts for added support, how much do they bow when the tank is full?

There are several sizes of superstruts. I used the 12 gauge 1 5/8" x 2" size to support (flatten) the belly of my 55 gallon tank and there is zero bow in the superstruts when full.
Another benefit is now my tank gauges measure more correctly and I can use much more of the water in the tank, as well as fully empty it. No more belly sag to hold water. I am considering doing the same to my black and gray tanks, just to eliminate the belly which seems to grow yearly (RV is 10 years old).

Thanks Scott, excellent info and results you obtained. Time to start shopping. My FW tank is 49 gallons so a good comparison.

I agree, probably something to do on the black and grey tanks.
