is a ventury cap worth it?

Wondering if anyone out there has experience putting a ventury type cap on the black tank vent. If the toilet and drain are closed, where does the input for air flow come from. Since I'll be deodorizing the black tank (Geo method), will a ventury vent cap make enough improvement to be worth while?

The only time that we have a problem with odor is when the toilet is flushed while driving. I think the venture cap would solve that. The only time that it would be effective to pull odors out is when you are flushing. And that is when you want it to work.
