Kitchen Faucet & Fresh Water Fill

We have a 2014 Sunseeker 3010 DS which we are enjoying. However, we recently had the kitchen faucet spring pin hole leaks in the spout. After fiddling with patching I decided to replace it. Bought one on the internet at a good price, as I found the prices at Camping World expensive and their deal of installing anything for $39 - did not include taking the old one off and they wanted another $39. Oh well, not a hard thing to do, just very tight to get up to it. Has anyone else experience this problem with the kitchen faucet? Forest River doing anything about it? It was a very cheap Chinese faucet, but on a pretty new model you would think it would have lasted a few years anyway.
I also have a difficult time filling my fresh water tank as it seems to want to continually spit back at me unless I use a hose to add water with some pressure. Not so much of a problem for fresh water, but when wanting to Winterize and trickle down some antifreeze, it makes it hard!
